Committees

Volunteers make things happen in our Chamber. Committee participation is fun and there is a great sense of reward that comes with accomplishment. Fresh ideas are so very important as our Chamber moves forward! We appreciate the many volunteers who give of their time to make our organization successful. Service on more than one committee is very acceptable Chamber behavior!

Ambassadors
Interact with current members as well as plan fascinating networking and training events for our membership.

Business Education
Organize events like Community Reading Day and Invention Convention.  Work together to make connections between the business community and and the schools.

Golf Outing
Plan our annual golf outing and assist at the event! A great reward … A day in the sun!

Government Affairs
Monitor local, state and federal legislation as it affects business. Meet with elected officials. Provide membership programs on key issues.

Holiday Gala
Annual festive event honors community non-profit organizations and includes a silent auction fundraiser. Fun event to organize!

Special Events
Look for creative ways to engage with the greater community with events like Trivia Night and Taste of the Allegheny Valley.  Events like these that are open to the public increase awareness in the communities which we serve.
